Returns only accepted in the event of damage or defective goods.
In the event damage occurs, returns must be authorized first by phone or email within 24 hours of receipt. Save all packaging and shipping materials until notified otherwise.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 7 business days of receipt if you are entitled to a replacement. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product. There are no returns for credit or exceptions to this policy.
Returns received without prior authorization will remain unopened and will be destroyed upon receipt.
Customers may cancel an order at any point prior to shipment. If an item has already been processed for shipment, cancellation is no longer an option.
